摘要
2035年建成社会主义文化强国是中国共产党人在对国内外形势审时度势和精准把握的基础上,不断探索中国式现代化文化发展道路,引领世界文化发展新格局的重大战略使命。文化强国标准是建成社会主义文化强国“时间表”总体目标的具体化。要通过对文化强国相关研究的知识图谱分析,明确构建文化强国标准的学科基础和学理依据,提出标准构建的主要维度和重要原则,为文化强国标准的理论构建、创新指标体系、优化文化强国建设路径提供有效指引。同时,要从推动从追赶型向引领型转变、坚持民族性与通用性相兼顾、实现定性与定量研究有机统一等方面深化完善建成社会主义文化强国标准和指标体系的构建。
Building a country with a strong socialist culture by 2035 is a major strategic mission of the Chinese Communists to continuously explore the modernized cultural development path of Chinese style and lead the new pattern of world cultural development based on the review of the domestic and international situation and precise grasp of the situation.Through the analysis of the knowledge map of the research related to the country with a strong socialist culture,the disciplinary basis and theoretical basis of the evaluation standard are clarified,and the main dimensions and important principles of the standard construction are proposed,which provide effective guidelines for the theoretical construction of the standard research of the country with a strong socialist culture,the innovation of the index system,and the optimization of the construction path of the country with a strong socialist culture.At the same time,it is necessary to deepen and improve the construction of the criteria and index system for building a country with a strong socialist culture by promoting the change from catching up to leading,insisting on the balance between ethnicity and universality,and realizing the organic unity of qualitative and quantitative research.
