新文科建设视域下高校财务管理类专业人才培养模式研究

Research on Talent Training Model of Financial Management Majors in Higher Education Institutions under the Perspective of New Liberal Arts

摘要 在教育部、科技部、工信部等13个部门正式启动“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0,要求全面推进新文科建设之后,部分高校积极开展新文科建设,相关举措逐渐落地。在新文科建设视域下,为适应社会对复合型财经类人才的需求,财务管理类专业应推动云计算、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术与优势学科嫁接,真正实现文理交叉、多学科交融。文章认为,目前高校财务管理类人才培养工作还存在融合型师资匮乏、课程体系有待革新、人才培养体系有待完善等问题。对此,文章从强化师资队伍建设,探索学科交叉型课程体系建设,完善人才培养评价体系,提升高等院校财务管理类专业人才培养质量等方面提出了人才培养模式构建策略。 Since 13 departments including the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Science and Technology,and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially launched the"Six Excellences and One Top"Plan 2.0,which requires the comprehensive promotion of new liberal arts,some universities have been vigorously accelerating the construction of new liberal arts,and relevant policies have been implemented.In this context,in order to meet the demand for inter-disciplinary financial and economic talents,financial management majors should incorporate new-generation information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and AI into preponderant disciplines,truly achieving the blending of liberal arts and sciences and the integration of multiple disciplines.The thesis argues that there are still issues such as a shortage of inter-disciplinary teachers,the pressing need for curriculum reform,and imperfect talent training system.In this regard,strategies for constructing talent training models are proposed in terms of strengthening the construction of teaching staff,exploring interdisciplinary curriculum,perfecting the evaluation system,and enhancing the quality of talent training in higher education institutions.
