摘要
针对传统电导法测持水率存在测量电路复杂的问题,设计了一种精简可靠的油水两相流持水率测量系统。该系统使用分压电路检测电导传感器的电压信号,并通过精密全波整流电路将该信号转换成与持水率相关的直流信号,简化了测量电路。同时结合多路复用模块与传感器阵列实现了对持水率的多点检测,提高了检测范围。实验结果表明:该系统的输出电压与持水率之间展现出良好的相关性,当持水率为50%~90%时,灵敏度至少可达0.021 V/%;当持水率为90%~100%时,灵敏度达到最大值0.131 V/%,表明其在高含水状态下持水率检测具有较好的适用性。
A simplified and reliable oil-water two-phase flow water holdup measurement system was designed to address the issues of complex measurement circuits in traditional conductivity methods.The system employed a voltage divider circuit to detect voltage signals from the conductance sensor,and converted the signal into a DC signal related to the water holdup via a precision full-wave rectifier circuit,which simplified the measurement circuit.Moreover,the integration of a multiplexing module and sensor array enabled multi-point detection of water holdup,expanding the detection range.The experimental results show that the output voltage of the system shows a good correlation with the water holdup.When the water holdup is 50%~90%,the sensitivity can reach at least 0.021 V/%.When the water holdup is 90%~100%,the sensitivity reaches the maximum value of 0.131 V/%,highlighting its excellent suitability for water holdup detection in high-water-content environments.
