摘要
静脉产业园规划旨在实现山东大学莱芜区固体废弃物高效处理和资源循环利用。采用系统规划方法,结合实地调研和专家咨询,对园区产业类型和入园项目进行筛选,从园区发展定位、区位与选址、循环链构建、设施布局等方面进行规划研究。园区规划实施后,预计每年可处理固废190万t,年产资源化再生产品30万t、再生水20万t,焚烧发电量既满足自用又兼顾外送。指出了静脉产业园规划对提升城市固废管理水平、促进资源循环利用具有重要意义,园区成功实施将对环境保护和经济发展产生积极影响。
The venous industrial park planning aims to realize the efficient treatment of solid waste and resource recycling in Laiwu District of Jinan city.Using the systematic planning method,combined with field research and expert consultation,the industrial types and entry projects in the park were screened,and the planning and research were carried out from aspects of the park development positioning,location and location selection,circulation chain construction,facility layout and so on.After the implementation of the park planning,it is expected to treat 1.9 million t of solid waste every year,with an annual output of 300000 t and 200000 t of recycled water,and the incineration power generation can meet both self-use and external delivery.The planning of venous industrial park is of great significance to improve the management level of urban solid waste and promote the recycling of resources.The successful implementation of the park will have a positive impact on environmental protection and economic development.
