摘要
职业教育发展进一步填补我国行业发展人才空缺,为实现产业经济建设的高速发展目标提供人力资源保障。物流管理专业人才培养教育改革,要以深化职业教育人才培养为核心,不断提升物流管理专业人才培养质量,充分运用深化实训基地建设、强化双向评价管理及加强轮岗实训等基础策略,提升物流管理专业人才培养模式设计与应用的科学性,为职业教育视角下物流管理专业人才培养的稳步推进奠定坚实基础。
The development of vocational education further fills the talent gap in China's industry development,providing human resource guarantee for achieving the high-speed development goal of industrial economic construction.The reform of logistics management professional talent cultivation education should focus on deepening vocational education talent cultivation,continuously improving the quality of logistics management professional talent cultivation,fully utilizing basic strategies such as deepening training base construction,strengthening two-way evaluation management,and strengthening job rotation training,to enhance the scientific design and application of logistics management professional talent cultivation model,to lay a solid foundation for the steady promotion of talent cultivation in logistics management from the perspective of vocational education.
