摘要
阴茎增粗术是以改善阴茎外形、提高性生活质量和减轻性心理压力为目的的手术。阴茎增粗术的术前评估、手术方式、材料选择等目前没有统一的标准。为进一步规范阴茎增粗术的手术指征和方法,减少手术并发症,提高患者满意度,中国性学会私密整形与产业分会发起并组织业内专家,结合近年来发表的国内外相关文献和我国临床实践,共同讨论并制定本共识。共识涉及阴茎增粗术的手术指征、术前评估、手术方式、术后处理及并发症的防治、疗效评估等方面内容,旨在为从事相关专业的医务人员提供参考。
Penile Augmentation Surgery is a surgery aimed at improving the shape of the penis,improving sexual quality of life,and reducing psychosexual stress.There is currently no unified standard for preoperative evaluation,surgical method,and material selection for penile augmentation surgery.In order to further standardize the indications and methods of penile augmentation surgery,reduce surgical complications,and improve patient satisfaction,the Intimate Plastic Surgery Branch of China Sexology Association initiated and organized experts in the related fields to discuss and designate this consensus based on the relevant literatures published in recent years and clinical practice of China.The consensus involves the surgical indications,preoperative evaluation,surgical methods,postoperative treatment,prevention and treatment of complications,and efficacy evaluation of penile augmentation surgery.It is expected to be a reference for medical personnel engaged in related professions.
