摘要
近年来,随着平台经济的快速发展,零工就业者不断增加,已经成为我国劳动力市场的重要就业形式,零工劳动者的就业脆弱性也逐渐凸显。平台经济中劳动关系的逐步弱化导致劳动者社会保障缺失;算法计酬机制的工价均值悖论导致劳动者收入下降、风险增加;算法驯化管理机制导致零工劳动者高负荷工作,劳动过程中主体地位缺失;平台企业单边垄断弱化了零工劳动者地位。因此,应建立多种形式的劳动关系,构建零工劳动者权益保障制度;构建算法评估机制;完善集体协商制度。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the platform economy,the number of gig workers has been increasing,which has become an important form of employment in China's labor market.However,the employment vulnerability of gig workers is gradually becoming prominent.The gradual weakening of labor relations in the platform economy leads to the lack of social security for workers;the paradox of the average wages in salary mechanisms leads to the decrease of workers' income and the increase of risks;the algorithm management mechanism leads to the high workload of gig workers and the lack of main status in the labor process;The unilateral monopoly of platform enterprises weakens the status of casual workers.Therefore,various forms of labor relations should be established and a system for safeguarding the rights and interests of gig workers should be established;constructing an algorithm evaluation mechanism and improving the system of collective bargaining are also needed.
