摘要
根据主缆S形钢丝的技术指标要求,利用有限元分析和试验测试等手段,在保持总变形不变的条件下,对10#钢分别进行4道、6道、8道初辊压测试试验。试验结果表明S形钢丝应力的集中区域存在于变形过渡区和辊缝中心线的主要变形区,随着辊压道次的增加,拉长的晶粒也更多。数值分析的预测结果与实验表征的结果具有良好的一致性。
According to the technical specifications of the main cable wrapping S-shaped steel wire,finite element analysis and initial roll pressing process are conducted with 4,6,and 8 passes on 10#steel under the condition of remaining the total deformation degree of the steel wire.The test results show that the stress concentration area in the S-shaped steel wire exists in the deformation transition zone and the main deformation zone is along the centerline of the roll seam.Furthermore,with an increase of the number of roll pressing passes,more grains get elongated.The predicted results of the numerical analysis are in good agreement with the experimental characterization results.
