摘要
针对水平注水井调剖过程中注入压力高,措施效果差的问题,以渤海X油田为目标,建立了低相对分子质量、低初黏的双低乳液丙烯酰胺冻胶调剖体系.室内性能评价实验表明:物模试验注入压力仅为常规冻胶调剖体系的5833%,调剖后,当水平段的趾部是高渗时,高渗岩心管分流量由调剖前的925%下降至583%,调剖效果较好.当水平段跟部为高渗时,高渗岩心管分流量由调剖前的912%下降至439%,高、低渗透管的分流量出现反转;调剖效果进一步好转.该体系在渤海X油田E井组进行了现场应用,措施后含水率最高下降52%,累计增油13786m^(3).
Aiming at the problems of high injection pressure and poor effect of measures in profile control of horizontal water injection wells,a profile control system of double-low emulsion polyacrylamide gel with low molecular weight and low initial viscosity was developed for Bohai X oilfield.Laboratory performance evaluation experiments showed that the injection pressure of the physical model test was only 58.33% of that of the conventional gel profile control system.After profile control,when the toe of the horizontal section was high permeability,the flow ratio of the hyperosmotic core tube decreased from 92.5% before profile control to 58.3%,and the profile control effect was good.When the heel of the horizontal section was high permeability,the flow ratio of the high permeability core tube decreased from 91.2% before profile control to 43.9%,and the flow ratio of the high and low permeability tubes reversed.The profile control effect had further improved.The gel has been applied on site in the E well group of Bohai X oilfield,with a maximum water content decrease of 5.2%,and a cumulative increase of 13786 m^(3) of oil.
