在化工设备的日常运行中,振动问题是常见的故障源,这些振动故障可能由设备不平衡、部件错位或轴承损坏等多种因素引起。为了及时发现并修复这些故障,振动故障检测技术显得尤为关键。其中,机电一体化技术通过集成传感器、执行器及控制系统,提供了一种高效的故障检测与诊断方法。该技术不仅可以实时监控设备状态,还能通过先进的信号处理技术,精确分析振动数据,从而有效识别出具体的故障类型。文章围绕化工设备的振动故障检测问题,详细介绍了基于机电一体化技术的故障检测系统设计及实现过程,从系统总体结构设计、数据采集与分析,到故障诊断的各个环节进行了深入探讨,并通过实例验证了方法的有效性。
In the daily operation of chemical equipment,vibration problems are common sources of faults,which may be caused by various factors such as equipment imbalance,component misalignment,or bearing damage.In order to timely detect and repair these faults,vibration fault detection technology is particularly crucial.Among them,mechatronics integration technology provides an eff icient method for fault detection and diagnosis by integrating sensors,actuators,and control systems.This technology can not only monitor the status of equipment in real-time,but also accurately analyze vibration data through advanced signal processing technology,effectively identifying specif ic types of faults.This article focuses on the problem of vibration fault detection in chemical equipment,and provides a detailed introduction to the design and implementation process of a fault detection system based on mechatronics integration technology.From the overall structure design of the system,data collection and analysis,to various aspects of fault diagnosis,in-depth discussions are conducted,and the effectiveness of the method is verif ied through examples.
