摘要
文章利用玻璃纤维材料对聚苯硫醚树脂进行增强改性得到复合材料,并探讨了其性能表现。在制备聚苯硫醚树脂复合材料时,分别添加15%、20%、25%比例的玻璃纤维材料,并对制备所得复合材料的力学性能、热变形温度、熔融性能展开测试与分析。研究结果表明,玻璃纤维的加入显著提高了复合材料的力学性能和热变形温度,尤其在强度和耐热性方面表现优异。玻璃纤维在增强聚苯硫醚树脂复合材料的热变形温度、力学性能和熔融性能方面具有一定优势,可以为多个领域提供高性能的材料解决方案。
This study uses glass f iber materials to enhance and modify polyphenylene sulf ide resin to obtain composite materials,and explores their performance.When preparing polyphenylene sulf ide resin composite materials,glass f iber materials with ratios of 15%,20%,and 25%were added,and the mechanical properties,thermal deformation temperature,and melting performance of the prepared composite materials were tested and analyzed.The research results indicate that the addition of glass f iber signif icantly improves the mechanical properties and thermal deformation temperature of composite materials,especially in terms of strength and heat resistance.Glass f iber has certain advantages in enhancing the thermal deformation temperature,mechanical properties,and melting performance of polyphenylene sulf ide resin composites,can provide high-performance material solutions for multiple fields.
