摘要
《伤寒杂病论》中所用药物大多本于《神农本草经》,二者一脉相承。《神农本草经》载桃仁主瘀血、血闭瘕、邪气,杀小虫。文章从《神农本草经》原文角度出发,梳理《伤寒杂病论》中所含桃仁的方剂,归纳总结张仲景运用桃仁的证治特色,发现张仲景运用桃仁在继承经典的基础上又有所开拓。此外,重点对桃仁主邪气这一功效进行论述,认为《神农本草经》所言邪气偏指“鬼邪”致病,以精神神志异常、癥瘕积聚等疑难病为主。这一认识对于更加全面掌握桃仁用药规律、提高临床疗效有所裨益。
Most of the drugs used in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases were originally from Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica.Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica recorded that Peach kernel could cure blood stasis,lump of blood,evil qi and killing small insects.From the perspective of the original text of Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica,this paper sorted out the prescriptions of Peach kernel contained in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,and summarized the syndrome and treatment characteristics used by ZHANG Zhongjing,and found that ZHANG Zhongjing'use of Peach kernel developed on the basis of inheriting the classics.In addition,the article mainly analyzed the efficacy of Peach kernel's curing evil qi,believing that the evil qi described in Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica could refer to the pathogenic factors of‘evil qi',mainly complicated diseases such as abnormal mental status and lump accumulation.This understanding was beneficial to grasp the application rules of Peach kernel more comprehensively and improve clinical efficacy.
