摘要
颈椎病是一种多发病,常见病,发病率逐年上升,呈现出低龄化趋势。目前西医治疗包括手术、牵引、药物等方面,但并不能治愈该病,且复发率高。笔者在跟随国医大师李佃贵教授学习中,领悟到浊毒会对人体脏腑经络造成严重损害。虽然颈椎病的发生发展与颈椎椎间盘退化和周围组织结构改变密切相关,但李佃贵教授认为其核心病机在于浊毒内蕴。在临证中,李佃贵教授以化浊解毒为治疗大法,并根据患者的症状和体征,结合健脾化湿、行气活血、滋补肝肾等治法,在临床上取得了较好的疗效。文章从浊毒角度来探讨颈椎病的治疗,以期能为颈椎病的中医辨证论治提供新的思路。
Cervical spondylosis is a kind of frequent and common disease,the incidence is increasing year by year,showing a trend of younger age.At present,western medicine treatment includes surgery,traction,drugs,etc.,but it can not cure the disease,and the recurrence rate is high.The author learned from TCM mater LI Diangui,that turbid toxin can cause serious damage to the viscera and meridians of the human body.Although the occurrence and development of cervical spondylosis is closely related to the degeneration of the cervical disc and the structural changes of the surrounding tissues,professor LI Diangui believes that its core pathogenesis lies in the accumulation of turbid toxin.In the clinical treatment,professor LI Diangui takes removing turbid toxin as the main method of treatment,and according to the patient's symptoms and signs,combines the treatment methods of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness,moving qi and activating blood circulation,and nourishing liver and kidney,and so on,and has achieved a better effect.This article discusses the treatment of cervical spondylosis from the perspective of turbid toxin,in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of cervical spondylosis based on traditional Chinese medicine syndromedifferentiation.
