摘要
常规的不动产测绘边缘描述一般是区域性的,测绘的稳定性较低,导致最终得出的不动产遥感航测移位差较大,为此提出对遥感航测技术在不动产测绘中的应用研究与分析。首先进行像控点布设及航空影像数据信息获取,其次利用全球导航卫星系统(Global Navigation Satellite System,GNSS)辅助定位,采用多点位的方式提升测绘的稳定性,完成边缘测绘多点位描述,再次构建不动产遥感航测模型,最后采用匹配校正的方式来完成测绘处理。测试结果表明,相比于传统倾斜摄影三维实景不动产测绘方法、传统高斯投影不动产测绘方法,此次所设计的遥感航测不动产测绘方法最终得出的不动产遥感航测移位差相对较小,均控制在15 mm以下,这说明在遥感航测技术的辅助下,文章设计的不动产测绘方法更加灵活、多变,自身针对性较强,具有实际应用价值。
The conventional edge description of real estate surveying is generally regional,and the stability of surveying is low,resulting in a large displacement dfference in the final real estate remote sensing aerial survey.Therefore,this paper proposes research and analysis on the application of remote sensing aerial survey technology in real estate surveying.Firstly,the layout of image control points and the acquisition of aerial image data information are carried out.Secondly,the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)is used to assist in positioning,and a multi-point approach is adopted to improve the stability of surveying and complete the multi-point description of edge surveying.Then,a real estate remote sensing aerial surveying model is constructed,and finally,the matching correction method is used to complete the surveying and mapping processing.The test results show that compared with the traditional oblique photography 3D real estate surveying method and the traditional Gaussian projection real estate surveying method,the remote sensing aerial surveying real estate surveying method designed in this paper finally obtained a relatively small displacement difference of real estate remote sensing aerial surveying,which can be controlled below 15 mm.This indicates that with the assistance of remote sensing aerial surveying technology,the real estate surveying method designed in this article is more flexible and versatile,with strong pertinence and practical application value.
