摘要
目的分析中药热敷及穴位贴敷防治肛肠疾病术后便秘的应用价值。方法选取肛肠疾病(混合痔和肛瘘)术后便秘患者160例,按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各80例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施中药热敷及穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后便秘评分、生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率98.75%较对照组的82.50%明显更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组躯体不适、心理社会、担心和焦虑、满意度评分与对照组比较无意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组躯体不适、心理社会、担心和焦虑、满意度评分分别为(10.27±1.34)、(12.26±1.32)、(15.28±1.43)、(5.78±1.44)分,显著低于对照组的(22.03±1.31)、(21.04±1.21)、(25.43±1.12)、(12.43±1.22)分(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组便秘评分比较无意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组便秘评分(11.02±2.28)分较对照组的(16.72±2.32)分更低(P<0.05)。结论中药热敷及穴位贴敷防治肛肠疾病术后便秘的效果显著,可改善患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the practical value of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and acupoint application in preventing constipation after surgery for anorectal diseases.Methods A total of 160 patients with constipation after surgery for anorectal diseases(mixed hemorrhoids and anal fistula)were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,constipation score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 98.75%in the observation group was significantly higher than 82.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of physical discomfort,psychosocial,worry and anxiety,satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the somatic discomfort,psychosocial,worry and anxiety,and satisfaction scores in the observation group were(10.27±1.34),(12.26±1.32),(15.28±1.43)and(5.78±1.44)points,which were significantly lower than(22.03±1.31),(21.04±1.21),(25.43±1.12)and(12.43±1.22)points in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in constipation scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the constipation score of(11.02±2.28)points in the observation group was lower than(16.72±2.32)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and acupoint application can prevent constipation after surgery for anorectal diseases and improve the quality of life of patients.
