摘要
目的探讨中药穴位贴敷对急性白血病化疗患者胃肠道反应的预防效果。方法48例急性白血病化疗患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(24例)和观察组(24例)。对照组在化疗前30 min肌内注射盐酸甲氧氯普胺注射液,观察组在对照组基础上实施中药穴位贴敷。比较两组患者胃肠道反应发生情况和用药依从性。结果观察组恶心呕吐15例0度,6例Ⅰ度,2例Ⅱ度,1例Ⅲ度;对照组恶心呕吐9例0度,4例Ⅰ度,5例Ⅱ度,6例Ⅲ度。观察组恶心呕吐发生情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药总依从率95.83%高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性白血病化疗患者应用中药穴位贴敷,使患者化疗后胃肠道反应得到减轻,用药依从性得到提高,生活质量得到改善,值得在临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on prevention of gastrointestinal reaction of patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 48 patients with acute leukemia were studied and divided into a control group(24 cases)and an observation group(24 cases)according to random numerical table.The patients in the control group received intramuscular injection of metoclopramide hydrochloride 30 min before chemotherapy,and the patients in the observation group received acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The gastrointestinal reaction and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had grade 0 nausea and vomiting in 15 cases,gradeⅠin 6 cases,gradeⅡin 2 cases and gradeⅢin 1 case;the control group had grade 0 nausea and vomiting in 9 cases,gradeⅠin 4 cases,gradeⅡin 5 cases and gradeⅢin 6 cases.The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total medication compliance of 95.83%in the observation group was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy can reduce the gastrointestinal reactions after chemotherapy,improve the medication compliance,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
