摘要
目的对七花消炎颗粒治疗丹毒的临床疗效进行科学客观地评价。方法将2019年6月—2022年6月医院急诊科收治的100例丹毒患者以随机数字表法分为对照组(单纯抗生素组)、试验组(抗生素联合七花消炎颗粒组)各50例。观察使用后的疗效,比较治疗后两组患者实验室指标(白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、淀粉样蛋白)、临床症状指标(红、肿、热、痛情况)、抗生素使用时间、抗生素使用量、中医证候量化指标。结果试验组与对照组治疗后白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、淀粉样蛋白差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在疼痛、皮肤张力、皮色改善方面差异有显著统计学意义(均P<0.01),抗生素使用时间、使用量方面差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论七花消炎颗粒疗在改善红肿热痛症状,减少抗生素使用量,使用时间方面具有明显优势,值得临床推广。
Objective To scientifically and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qihua Xiaoyan Granule(七花消炎颗粒)treating patients with erysipelas for the first time.Methods A hundred patients with the first episode of erysipelas admitted to the emergency department of the hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(simple antibiotic group)and the experimental group(antibiotics combined with Qihua Xiaoyan Granule group),with 50 cases in each.The curative effect was observed after treatment,and the laboratory indexes after treatment(white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,amyloid protein),clinical symptom indicators(redness,swelling,heat and pain),time of antibiotic use,amount of antibiotic use and quantitative indicators of TCM syndromes were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and amyloid protein after treatment(P>0.05).There were significant statistical differences in pain,skin tone and skin color improvement(all P<0.01),and there were statistically significant differences in antibiotic usage time and dosage(all P<0.05).Conclusion Qihua Xiaoyan Granule has obvious advantages in improving the symptoms of redness,swelling,fever and pain,reducing the use of antibiotics and using time,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
