双层包埋维生素A微胶囊的压片性能和稳定性研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用双层包埋技术,以维生素A醋酸酯和dl-α生育酚为芯材,以阿拉伯胶和辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠为第一层壁材、以食用玉米淀粉为第二层壁材,制备双层包埋维生素A醋酸酯微胶囊。研究了双层包埋维生素A醋酸酯微胶囊的压片性能和VA保留率。通过单因素实验和正交实验优化确定了双层包埋维生素A醋酸酯微胶囊的最佳工艺配方为:芯壁比为1∶5、辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠与阿拉伯胶的比值为3.5∶1、剪切乳化时间为2 min、喷雾干燥温度为125℃,玉米淀粉吸附量为20%。在此配方和工艺下生产的双层包埋维生素A醋酸酯微胶囊颗粒均匀,并且包埋效率、压片性能和片剂稳定性均优于非包埋和单层包埋微胶囊产品。双层包埋维生素A醋酸酯微胶囊在加速稳定性试验条件下储存三个月,片剂的维生素A保留率为98.4%。 Bilayer encapsulation technology was applied in preparing vitamin A acetate microcapsules with vitamin A acetate and dl-α-tocopherol as the core material,vitamin A acetate was embedded by gum arabic and starch sodiilm octenylsuccinate,and then embedded by edible corn starch.Tableting performance and VA retention rate in bilayer encapsulated vitamin A microcapsules were investigated.The optimum process formulation for bilayer encapsulated vitamin A microcapsules was determined using single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments:core-to-wall ratio of 1∶5,octenyl succinic anhydride modified starch sodium to Gum Arabic ratio of 3.5∶1,shear emulsification time of 2 min,and the spray drying temperature of 125℃.The bilayer encapsulated vitamin A microcapsules produced under the above conditions had uniform particles,the embedding efficiency,tableting properties,and tablet stability were all better than those of non-coated and monolayer-embedded microencapsulated products.The retention rate of vitamin A in bilayer encapsulated tablets was 98.4%after three months of storage under accelerated stability test conditions.
