摘要
为探索高校图书馆红色文化资源的数字化建设与发展,促进红色文化资源的发扬与传承,文章以高校图书馆红色文化资源数据库服务为例,通过观察用户使用红色文化资源数据库的操作流程,结合实时访谈和用户体验数据,构建用户画像并绘制用户体验地图,分析用户体验痛点,发现服务优化机会点。并根据所绘制的高校图书馆红色文化数字资源服务用户体验地图,可视化呈现出用户的交互行为和情感状态,从服务流程和服务功能两个维度提出红色文化资源数据库服务优化策略。
In order to explore the digital construction and development of red cultural resources in university libraries and promote the development and inheritance of red cultural resources,this paper takes the red cultural resources database service of university libraries as an example.By observing the operation process of users using the red cultural resources database,combined with real-time interviews and user experience data,the paper constructs user portraits and draws user experience maps,analyzes user experience pain points and finds service optimization opportunity points.Based on the user experience map of red cultural digital resource service in university library,the interactive behavior and emotional state of users are visualized,and the service optimization strategy of red cultural resource database is proposed from two dimensions of service process and service function.
