摘要
产教融合作为一种新兴的职业教育模式,在我国已获得广泛的接受度,并得到有效实施与推广。它以产业与教育的深度合作为核心,以培养高素质、技能型人才为目标,旨在为我国经济社会发展提供人才支撑。产教融合背景下,中职学生实践能力培养要共享教育资源,共建实践基地;深化校企合作,提高企业参与度;完善实践教学体系,保障实践教学质量;建设“双师型”师资队伍,提升教学质量;营造良好的实践氛围,激发学生学习潜能。
The integration of industry and education,as an emerging vocational education model,has gained wide acceptance in China and has been effectively implemented and promoted.It focuses on the deep cooperation between industry and education,with the goal of cultivating high-quality and skilled talents,aiming to provide talent support for China's economic and social development.In the context of the integration of industry and education,the cultivation of practical abilities among vocational school students should share educational resources and jointly build practical bases;deepen school enterprise cooperation and increase enterprise participation;improve the practical teaching system and ensure the quality of practical teaching;building a"dual teacher"teaching staff to improve teaching quality;create a good practical atmosphere and stimulate students'learning potential.
