摘要
EPC工程总承包管理模式涵盖了设计、采购、施工及优化变更等全过程。由于EPC工程周期较长、涉及专业广、精度要求高及管理方经验不足,整体效果常常未能达到预期,特别是设计与施工的衔接困难重重,难以实现利益最大化。通过充分利用BIM技术的专业数据支持及其可视化与模拟特性,可以对施工图设计变更、概预算编制和施工过程等关键环节进行技术赋能。通过对数字成果的可靠分析和决策,能够提升EPC工程项目产品和管理流程的标准化水平,进而推动建筑业的数字化转型。
The EPC general contracting management mode encompasses the entire process of design,procurement,construction,and optimization,among other phases.Given the long cycle,diverse specialties,high precision requirements,and the management side’s lack of experience associated with EPC projects,achieving ideal outcomes can be challenging.In particular,the integration between design and construction is notably difficult,complicating the maximization of benefits.This study explores how BIM technology,with its professional data support and capabilities for visual and analog simulations,can enhance key aspects of construction drawing design changes,budget preparation,and construction processes.By leveraging digital results for reliable analysis and decision-making,the study aims to improve the standardization of EPC project products,management,and processes,thereby advancing the digital transformation of the construction industry.
