摘要
自然资源用地监管的信息化程度不断提高,对自然资源用地空间数据的确定性描述提出了更高要求。为精细化处理自然资源用地数据中带洞面目标的复杂空间关系,本文结合25交模型将带洞面目标分解成多个简单子集或点集,利用已知对象或点集间的联系精确表达带洞面目标的拓扑关系,基于ArcPy实现了自然资源用地文本数据向实体空间数据的精准表达。结果表明:本文提出的技术实现措施相较于其他措施,具有自动化程度高、容错能力强等特点,可优质高效实现两类数据相互转换,从而显著提高自然资源用地报备和用地分析工作效率。
With the continuous improvement of the informatization level of natural resource land supervision,higher requirements have been put forward for the deterministic description of spatial data of natural resource land.In order to finely process the complex spatial relationships of targets with holes in natural resource land data,this paper combines the 25 intersection model to decompose the targets with holes into multiple simple subsets or point sets.By utilizing the connections between known objects or point sets,the topological relationships of targets with holes are accurately expressed.Based on ArcPy,the precise expression of natural resource land text data to entity spatial data is achieved.The results show that the technical implementation measures proposed in this article have the characteristics of high automation and strong fault tolerance compared to others,and can achieve high-quality and efficient conversion of two types of data,thereby significantly improving the efficiency of natural resource land reporting and land use analysis work.
