基于CCUS的管输含杂质CO_(2)物性变化规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 CO_(2)管道输送是CCUS产业链中的关键环节,其承担着将CO_(2)从上游捕集与下游驱油及封存的重要任务。由于碳源和捕集技术的不同,导致CO_(2)含有不同范围、不同类型的杂质,这对管道安全流动造成一定的风险。CO_(2)相态复杂多变,物性易受杂质和环境的影响,本文开展不同条件下多种杂质对CO_(2)物性影响的试验测试和HYSYS模拟研究。结果表明:随着温度升高,泡点压力、露点压力升高,液相密度降低,气相密度升高,试验结果与模拟结果进行校对,验证试验结果的准确性;各杂质与CO_(2)泡露点性质差距从大到小依次为He>N_(2)>H_(2)>O_(2)>CH_(4),其中He杂质与CO_(2)泡露点性质差距最大;采用PR状态方程对含杂质的CO_(2)气体物性进行分析,发现He对密度影响最大,H_(2)对黏度影响最大。研究成果为CCUS项目CO_(2)管道安全输送提供了理论依据,具有重要的参考价值。 The pipeline transportation of CO_(2) is a key link in the industrial chain of CCUS,which undertakes the important task of the upstream capture,downstream oil displacement and storage.Due to different carbon sources and capture technology,CO_(2) contains different ranges and types of impurities,resulting in certain risks to the safe flow of pipelines.The phase state of CO_(2) is complex and variable,and its physical properties are easily affected by impurity and environment.The experimental tests and HYSYS simulation for the effects of various impurities on the physical properties of CO_(2) under different conditions are studied.The results show that as the temperature increases,the bubble point pressure and dew point pressure increase.When the liquid phase density decreases and the gas phase density increases,the accuracy of the test results is verified by comparing the test results with the simulation results.The difference between various impurities and CO_(2) bubble dew point property is He>N2>H2>O2>CH4 in descending order,among which the difference between He impurity and CO_(2) bubble dew point property is the largest.Using the PR equation of state analyzes the physical properties of CO_(2) gas containing impurities,and it is found that He has the greatest impact on density,and H2 has the greatest impact on viscosity.The above research results provide a theoretical basis for the safe transportation of CO_(2) pipelines in the CCUS project and have important reference value.
