榆北煤业智能信息化系统平台建设实践

摘要 随着难采煤层占比的增大,人为管控矿井已然不能满足矿井安全高效生产需求,易造成不必要的损失,亟须建设科学有效的智能信息化管控平台,完善矿井管理。以陕西陕煤榆北煤业有限公司及其下属矿井作为研究背景,建设具有多功能的智能信息化平台,完善矿井信息化管控。建设结果表明,现建设的信息化管控平台能够消除矿井管控人员不足的弊端,完善管控环境数据化分析的目标,促进了矿井的安全高效回采,减少了矿井不必要的损失,为智能矿山的建设提供了有效参考。 With the increase of the proportion of difficult-to-mine coal seams,artificial control of mines can no longer meet the safe and efficient production of mines,which is easy to cause unnecessary losses.It is urgent to build a scientific and effective intelligent information management and control platform to improve mine management.Taking Shaanxi Shanmei Yubei Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.and its subordinate mines as the research background,a multi-functional intelligent information platform was constructed,and the mine information management and control were improved.The construction results show that the current information management and control platform can solve the shortcomings of insufficient personnel in mine management and control,improve the goal of data analysis of management and control environment,improve the safe and efficient mining of mines,reduce the unnecessary loss of mines,and provide an effective reference for the construction of intelligent mines.
