摘要
幼儿园教师观察价值面临着异化危机,主要体现为:为了应付教学检查而观察、为了撰写观察记录而观察、为了运用观察技术而观察。这影响了幼儿园教师观察价值的实现。究其原因:机械的工作任务驱动束缚了教师作为观察主体作用的发挥;职前职后教育的不足导致教师实现观察价值的素养不足;对社会文化环境和国情的忽略制约了教师观察价值的实现效果。
Kindergarten teachers'observation values are facing a crisis of alienation,mainly manifested as:observing for the sake of teaching inspections,observing for the sake of writing observation records,and observing for the sake of using observing teschnology.This seriously hinders the realization of the observation value of kindergarten teachers.There are deep-rooted problems behind this:mechanical work tasks have constrained the teacher's role as the main subject of observation;insufficient pre-and post-employment education has hindered the realization of teacher observation value;ignoring the social and cultural environment and national conditions has restricted the realization of teacher observation value.
