问题导向教学+多媒体直观教学法在超声科实习医师带教中的应用 被引量:5

Application of Problem-Based Learning and Multimedia Intuitive Teaching Method in the Teaching of Ultrasound Interns

摘要 目的分析问题导向式学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)+多媒体直观教学法在超声科实习医师带教中的应用价值。方法选取2022年9月—2023年8月山东第二医科大学附属医院超声科的60名超声科实习医生为研究对象,以不同教学方法分为两组,各30名。观察组给予PBL与多媒体直观教学法,对照组给予传统教学法,比较不同带教模式的带教效果。结果经干预后,观察组的理论知识、实践操作、鉴别诊断、案例分析等考核结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的综合评价各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的带教满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声科实习医师带教中,采用PBL与多媒体直观教学法,可有效提高实习医师的理论和实操水平,提升临床诊断及案例分析能力,整体带教评价反响普遍较好,带教满意度普遍较高。 Objective To analyze the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)+multimedia intuitive teaching method in the teaching of ultrasound interns.Methods A total of 60 interns from Department of ultrasound of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given PBL and multimedia intuitive teaching method,and the control group was given traditional teaching method.The teaching effects of different teaching modes were compared.Results After intervention,the results of theoretical knowledge,practical operation,differential diagnosis and case analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation scores of the observation scores group was higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of interns in ultrasound department,the use of PBL and multimedia intuitive teaching method can effectively improve the theoretical and practical level of interns,improve the ability of clinical diagnosis and case analysis,the overall teaching evaluation response is generally good,and the teaching satisfaction is generally high.
