摘要
目的分析SWOT分析法对护理管理质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月于孝感市中心医院工作的102名护理人员作为研究对象,2022年1—12月实施常规护理管理模式,设为常规组;2023年1—12月实施SWOT分析法进行护理管理,设为研究组,两组均为同一批护理人员。比较两组护理管理质量评分(病区管理、业务水准、沟通水平、基础护理、院感控制以及文书书写)、护理能力评分(沟通能力、急救能力、操作能力、人文关怀和护理服务)、护理人员对管理模式的满意度情况。结果研究组护理管理质量评分、护理能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组对护理管理模式满意度为98.04%(100/102),高于常规组的90.20%(92/102),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.667,P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中运用SWOT分析法能够有效提升护理质量和护理人员的专业能力,确保护理工作的有效开展,也能满足护理人员对护理管理模式的满意度。
Objective To analyze the influence of SWOT analysis on the quality of nursing management.Methods A total of 102 nursing staff working in the Central Hospital of Xiaogan from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The routine nursing management mode was implemented from January to December 2022,which was set as the routine group.From January to December 2023,SWOT analysis method was implemented for nursing management,which was set as the study group,and the two groups were the same group of nursing staff.The nursing management quality scores(ward management,business level,communication level,basic nursing,hospital infection control and document writing),nursing ability scores(communication ability,first aid ability,operation ability,humanistic care and nursing service)and nursing staff's satisfaction with the management mode were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing management quality and nursing ability in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group with the nursing management model was 98.04%(100/102),which was higher than 90.20%(92/102)of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.667,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of SWOT analysis in nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing and the professional ability of nursing staff,to ensure the effective development of nursing work,but also to meet the satisfaction of nursing staff to the nursing management mode.
