摘要
目的探讨全科诊疗服务模式在社区公共卫生管理中的应用价值。方法选择本地区17个乡镇(街道)卫生院的70个社区工作者作为研究对象,2020年1月—2021年12月给予常规公共卫生管理,作为对照组;2022年1月—2023年12月给予全科诊疗服务模式管理,作为全科组,两组的管理观察周期为6个月,比较两组管理效果。结果管理6个月后,两组的家庭医生签约评分与慢性病管理评分均低于管理前,且全科组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理6个月后,全科组工作质量评分为(46.70±3.11)分,高于对照组的(41.48±3.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.684,P<0.05)。全科组及仪器使用能力、专业技术能力、人际关系协调能力、工作环境适应能力等工作素养评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论全科诊疗服务模式在社区公共卫生管理中的应用能提高家庭医生签约与慢性病管理质量,也可提高工作人员的工作质量与工作素养。
Objective To explore the application value of general diagnosis and treatment service model in community public health management.Methods A total of 70 community workers from 17 township(street)hospitals in the region were selected as the research objects.From January 2020 to December 2021,routine public health management was given as the control group.From January 2022 to December 2023,the general practice diagnosis and treatment service mode was given as the general practice group.The management observation period of the two groups was 6 months,and the management effect was compared between two groups.Results After 6 months of management,the family doctor contract score and chronic disease management score of the two groups were lower than those before management,and the general group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 6 months of management,The work quality score of the general practice group was(46.70±3.11)points,which was higher than that of the control group(41.48±3.37)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.684,P<0.05).The instrument use ability,professional and technical ability,interpersonal coordination ability and work environment adaptability in the general practice group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of general practice service model in community public health management can improve the quality of family doctor contract and chronic disease management,and also improve the work quality and work ethics of staff.
