摘要
目的分析在药学实习生的带教中应用以问题为导向的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法联合角色互换教学法的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月衡阳市中心医院药学部32名实习生为研究对象,2022年1—6月接收16名,采用常规带教方法,设为参照组;2022年7—12月接收16名,采用PBL教学法联合角色互换教学法,设为观察组。对比两组实习生的考试成绩、综合能力提升效果、带教满意度。结果观察组实习生的考试成绩、综合能力得分均比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的满意度为93.75%(15/16),高于参照组的62.50%(10/16),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05)。结论在药学实习生带教中实施PBL带教联合角色互换教学法的效果显著。
Objective This paper analyzes the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method combined with role exchange teaching method in the teaching of pharmaceutical interns.Methods A total of 32 interns from the Department of Pharmacy of Hengyang Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and 16 interns were enrolled from January to June 2022.From July to December 2022,16 participants were accepted as the observation group using PBL teaching method combined with role exchange teaching method.Compare the two groups of interns'exam results,comprehensive ability improvement effect and teaching satisfaction.Results The test scores and the scores of comprehensive ability improvement effects of interns in observation group were higher than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was 93.75%(15/16),higher than 62.50%(10/16)of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of PBL combined role exchange teaching method in teaching pharmacy interns is remarkable.
