摘要
目的探究赋能授权理论下护理管理对胸外科护士工作积极性及赋能授权水平的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月扬州市江都人民医院胸外科的60名护士为研究对象,按管理方法分为两组,每组30名。研究组实施基于赋能授权理论下护理管理,对照组采取常规管理。比较两组护士对管理工作的满意度以及赋能授权评分。结果研究组管理满意度为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。研究组赋能授权评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在胸外科护士管理工作中,采取赋能授权理论做指导,能够显著提高护士的满意度,提高赋能授权评分。
Objective To explore the impact of nursing management on the work enthusiasm of thoracic surgery nurses under the theory of empowerment and authorization.Methods A total of 60 nurses from the Department of Thoracic Surgery,Jiangdu People's Hospital of Yangzhou City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the management methods,with 30 cases in each group.The study group implemented nursing management based on empowerment authorization theory,and the control group adopted routine management.The satisfaction of the two groups of nurses with management work and the score of empowerment authorization were compared.Results The management satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 80.00%(24/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).The score of empowerment authorization in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of thoracic surgery nurses,taking the theory of empowerment and authorization as a guide can significantly improve the satisfaction of nurses and improve the score of empowerment and authorization.
