摘要
社会对失独家庭的关注越来越多,失独群体的养老保障和服务问题也越来越引起政府部门的关注。独生子女去世后,对父母亲心灵和精神产生严重创伤,对其养老生活也会产生较大影响。研究失独家庭的养老服务问题,探索失独家庭养老服务的“急难愁盼”需求,对维护社会和谐具有重要现实意义。论文以失独家庭面临的养老服务困境为调查内容,探析失独家庭面临的生活照顾、精神孤寂、失能护理等诸多困境,通过失独家庭养老服务需求现状分析,从政府责任、社会救助制度、心理精神关爱服务、养老服务保障四个维度提出应对策略。
The society is attaching increasing importance to the families who have lost their only child,and the issue of elderly care security and services for this group is also attracting more attention from government departments.The death of an only child can cause serious emotional and mental trauma to the parents,and equally has a significant impact on their retirement life.Studying the issue of elderly care services for families who have lost their only child and exploring the urgent and distressing needs of elderly care services for lost-only-child families is of practical significance for maintaining social harmony.Focusing on the difficulties faced by families bereft of their only child in providing elderly care services,the article explores the various challenges such families have to endure,including life care,mental loneliness,disability care,etc..Through analyzing the current demand for elderly care services in the lost-only-child family,response strategies are proposed from four dimensions:government responsibility,social assistance system,psychological and spiritual care services,and elderly care service guarantees.
