瘢痕疙瘩的影像学研究进展

摘要 目前对瘢痕疙瘩的评估多基于临床观察和评估量表,尚缺乏统一的客观评估“金标准”。影像学检查在瘢痕疙瘩的诊断和鉴别诊断、疗效评价中具有很大的应用价值。本文综述了瘢痕疙瘩中影像学检查技术的研究进展,以期为临床医生选用合适的设备提供参考。 Currently,the evaluation of keloids is mostly based on clinical observations and many clinical evaluation scales,and there is still a lack of a"gold standard"to objectively evaluate keloids.Imaging examinations are of great value to the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of keloids.This review summarizes the research progress in the application of imaging techniques in keloids,thereby helping clinicians choose the appropriate equipment.
