摘要
目的汉化护理教育性别平等量表并进行心理测量学评价。方法基于问卷星在黑龙江省、江苏省和浙江省3所高校的高年级护生中收集数据,采用网络分析和验证性因子分析方法对原始量表条目进行质量评价、维度划分和验证。ROC曲线下面积用于评估中文简版量表对不同性别被试不平等感知水平的识别效果。结果共收集具有实习经历的高年级护生373例。基于网络分析中的冗余分析、条目网络载荷和条目维度归属的一致性分析共在原始条目中筛选出12个条目,3个维度,形成中文简化版量表GES-NE12。中文版简版量表和原始量表得分高度相关r=0.97,GES-NE12内部一致性系数为0.87,ROC曲线下面积达0.977。验证性因子分析结果显示,GES-NE12各项拟合指标均较好。结论中文版护理教育性别平等量表具有良好的心理测量学特性,可评估护生在护理教育中的性别平等感知水平,且更加简化。
Objective To sinicize Gender Equality Scale in Nursing Education and conduct psychometric evaluation.Methods Based on wjx.cn,data was collected from senior nursing students in three universities in Heilongjiang Province,Jiangsu Province,and Zhejiang Province.Network analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to evaluate the quality,dimension division,and validation of the original scale items.The area under the ROC curve is used to evaluate the recognition effect of the simplified Chinese scale on the perceived level of inequality among participants of different genders.Results A total of 373 senior nursing students with internship experience were collected.Based on redundancy analysis,item network load,and consistency analysis of item dimension attribution in network analysis,12 items and 3 dimensions were selected from the original items to form the simplified Chinese version of the GES-NE12 scale.The score of the Chinese version of the simplified scale is highly correlated with the original scale,with r=0.97.The internal consistency coefficient of GES-NE12 is 0.87,and the area below the ROC curve is 0.977.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that all fitting indicators of GES-NE12 were good.Conclusion The Chinese version of Gender Equality Scale in Nursing Education has good psychometric characteristics and can evaluate nursing students'gender equality perception level in nursing education,which is more simplified.
