一例牛支原体与化脓隐秘杆菌交叉感染的病例报告

摘要 广西某牛场引进牛群出现食欲不振、流涕、咳嗽、部分牛只死亡等症状,通过发病记录、临床症状与剖检病变、实验室检测对患病牛只进行了诊断。剖检检查显示,死亡牛只肺脏细胞变性肿大和坏死。实验室检测显示,牛支原体和化脓隐秘杆菌呈阳性。结合病史,患病牛只诊断为牛支原体与化脓隐秘杆菌交叉感染。根据诊断结果,选择高敏感药物青霉素进行治疗,辅以强化消毒措施和加强营养管理,牛群疫病得到控制。本文分析了该场患病牛只的发病过程、临床症状和剖检病变、实验室检测及防治措施,以期为兽医临床工作人员提供参考。
