摘要
目的 探讨柯雷氏骨折的手术手法研究进展,总结当前手术手法治疗选择及使用现状.方法 检索知网、万方数据库最近15年共21篇文献,共涉及3种治疗柯雷氏骨折的手法、4种固定方式及8种手术方式.结果与结论 治疗柯雷氏骨折方式繁多,不同适应证选择的治疗方式不同.手法治疗适用于对上肢功能要求性不高的中老年闭合性骨折,手术治疗适用于严重粉碎骨折、开放性骨折、手法复位失败等.
Ob jective To discuss the research progress of surgical and manipulative treatment of Collet's fracture,and summarize the current surgical and manipulative treatment options and application status.Methods Retrieve CNKI and Wanfang databases,and search for a total of 21 articles in the past 15 years,involving 3 techniques for treating Collet's fracture,4 fixation methods,and 8 surgical methods.Results and Conclusion There are various methods to treat Collet's fractures,and the treatment methods chosen for different indications are different.Manual therapy is suitable for middle-aged and elderly patients with closed fractures that do not require high upper limb function,while surgical treatment is suitable for severe comminuted fractures,open fractures,and failed manual reduction.
