摘要
目的通过构建经济毒性预警模型并制定相应干预措施,探讨其对乳腺癌化疗患者应对方式、心理弹性和生存质量的影响。方法将2021至2022年收治的90例接受乳腺癌化疗治疗的患者随机分为对照组和预警组,每组45例。对照组给予常规化疗相关护理,预警组通过构建经济毒性预警模型给予相应护理干预,比较2组患者干预前和干预4周后的应对方式、心理弹性和生存质量变化情况。结果2组患者干预前应对方式、心理弹性和生存质量各维度得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者干预后的屈服和回避应对方式评分低于干预前,而面对应对方式、自强、乐观、坚韧、心理弹性总分、躯体、角色、社会、认知、情绪和总体健康评分高于干预前,预警组的各维度水平变化趋势更明显,组间和组内各维度得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌化疗患者构建经济毒性预警模型并制定针对性干预措施可明显提高患者面对疾病的积极性,改善其心理弹性水平和生存质量。
Objective To explore the impact of coping style,psychological resilience and quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy evaluated by a financial toxicity early warning model and corresponding intervention measures.Methods A total of 90 breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy admitted from 2021 to 2022 were included.They were randomly assigned into the control group(n=45,routine nursing care for chemotherapy)and early warning group(n=45,nursing care for chemotherapy based on the financial toxicity early warning model),.Changes in coping style,psychological resilience and quality of life of the two groups before and 4 weeks after the intervention were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the domain scores of coping style,psychological resilience and quality of life before interventions between the two groups(P>0.05).After interventions,the scores of yielding and avoidance coping styles in both groups were significantly reduced than those before interventions,while the scores of coping style,self-improvement,optimism,tenacity,psychological resilience,physical state,role,social relations,cognition,emotion and overall health were significantly higher than those before interventions,and the changing trend of each dimension was pronounced in the early warning group.Comparison of each dimension between groups and within groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Building a financial toxicity early warning model for breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy and formulating targeted intervention measures can significantly improve the enthusiasm for facing the disease,psychological resilience level and quality of life.
