在如今的时代背景下,半挂车工字形纵梁作为半挂车的主要承载结构,必须配合高质量焊接工艺来确保整体质量能够满足车辆性能需求。文章对半挂车工字形纵梁进行分析,并对半挂车工字形纵梁中的埋弧自动焊焊接工艺提出个人看法,希望为关注半挂车工字形纵梁埋弧自动焊的人群带来参考。
In the context of today's times,the I-shaped longitudinal beam of the semi-trailer,as the main load-bearing structure of the semi-trailer,must be combined with high-quality welding technology to ensure that the overall quality can meet the performance requirements of the vehicle.This paper analyzes the I-shaped longitudinal beam of the semi-trailer,and puts forward my personal views on the automatic welding process of submerged arc welding in the I-shaped longitudinal beam of the semi-trailer,hoping to bring reference to the people who are concerned about the automatic submerged arc welding of the I-shaped longitudinal beam of the semi-trailer.
