摘要
废气再循环技术是汽油机降低排放和提升燃油经济性的一种有效措施,但是废气中含有的碳氢化合物、氮氧化物和硫化物等腐蚀性物质对进气压力传感器是个巨大的威胁和挑战。本文以某一废气再循环系统汽油机为研究对象,通过分析废气再循环系统的结构和工作原理,并研究废气的成分对压力传感器元器件的影响,最后提出三个同步改进措施:保护胶采用氟硅胶、bond线采用金线、焊盘镀钯金。经验证得出结论:此改进方案可有效提升压力传感器耐废气腐蚀的性能。
Exhaust gas recirculation technology is an effective measure to reduce emissions and improve fuel economy of gasoline engines, but corrosive substances such as hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides and sulfides in the exhaust gas are a great threat and challenge to the intake pressure sensor. This technical report takes a gasoline engine of exhaust gas recirculation system as the research object, through analysis of the structure and working principle of exhaust gas recirculation system, and studies the influence of composition of exhaust gas on the pressure sensor components, and finally puts forward three synchronous improvement measures: fluorine silicone rubber is used for protection gel, gold wire is used for bond wire, and palladium plated on the pad. It is concluded that the improved proposal can effectively improve the resistance of pressure sensor to exhaust gas corrosion.
