摘要
为进一步综合利用铜熔炼渣资源,提高全厂铜回收率,铜冶炼企业通常将炉渣选矿后回炉再炼。炉渣缓冷作为炉渣选矿前的重要工序,其工艺技术方案直接影响到缓冷效果及选矿工艺技术指标。针对现有的渣缓冷工艺技术方案,分别从渣包排布、主要设备配置及新技术应用方面进行了阐述,为铜冶炼渣缓冷工艺的选择和设计提供参考。
In order to further comprehensively utilize copper smelting slag resources and improve the recovery rate of copper in the whole plant,copper smelting enterprises usually recycle the slag after beneficiation.Slow cooling of slag is an important process before slag beneficiation,and its technical scheme directly affects slow cooling effect and technical index of beneficiation.As for the existing process technology scheme,this paper expounds the slag ladle arrangement,the main equipment configuration and the application of new technology,which provides reference for the selection and design of the slow cooling process of copper smelting slag.
