摘要
[目的]探讨饲料中不同脂肪源对鱼类生长及品质的影响,以期为合理选择鱼类饲料脂肪源和低成本饲料的研发提供更多理论参考。[方法]通过查阅文献对国内外不同脂肪源在鱼类饲料上的应用效果进行总结,分析不同脂肪源对鱼类生长速度、代谢、营养成分和抗氧化指标的影响。[结果]鱼油更适合鱼类生长,但在保证鱼类必需脂肪酸含量的情况下,使用适当比例的植物油,如大豆油、玉米油、橄榄油、菜籽油、亚麻油、棕榈油等替代鱼油对提高饲料利用率、促进鱼类生长也能发挥很好的促进作用。[结论]在保证鱼类正常生长繁殖的情况下,可用植物油部分替代鱼油作为饲料脂肪源。
[Objectives]The effects of lipid sources in feed on the growth and quality of fish were studied to provide more theoretical references for the rational selection of lipid sources in fish feed and the development of low-cost feed.[Methods]The effects of applying different lipid sources in fish feed at home and abroad were summarized.The effects of different lipid sources on the growth and quality of fish were analyzed.[Results]Fish oil is more suitable for the growth of fish,but replacing fish oil with appropriate proportions of plant oil can promote the utilization of feed and the growth of fish while ensuring the content of essential fatty acid in fish.[Conclusions]Plant oil can partially replace the fish oil as a lipid source in feed under the condition of ensuring the normal growth and reproduction of fish.
