倾斜煤层群巷道支护方案优化设计

摘要 倾斜煤层因围岩结构的非对称性,相较于近水平煤层巷道支护难度更高。以贵州土城矿121103运输巷为研究对象,采用FLAC3D对巷道支护方案进行优选,分析了巷道掘进和回采过程中的位移、应力变化特征。结果表明,121103运输巷每排施工11根锚杆,锚杆间排距850 mm×850 mm,每排施工5根锚索,锚索间排距1800 mm×1700 mm时,巷道顶底板、两帮的位移量和垂直应力最小,能确保巷道在掘进和回采过程中的围岩稳定。该技术为倾斜煤层群围岩控制及支护设计提供了参考。 Due to the asymmetry of surrounding rock structure,the support of inclined coal seam is more difficult than that of near horizontal coal seam.No.121103 transport roadway of Tucheng Mine in Guizhou was taken as the research object,FLAC3D was used to optimize the roadway support scheme,and the displacement and stress variation characteristics in the process of roadway excavation and mining were analyzed.The results showed that when 11 bolts were constructed in each row of No.121103 transportation roadway,the row spacing between bolts was 850×850 mm,5 anchor cables were constructed in each row,and the row spacing between anchor cables was 1800×1700 mm,the displacement and vertical stress of roof and floor and two sides of roadway were the smallest,which could ensure the stability of surrounding rock in the process of excavation and mining.It provided reference for surrounding rock control and support design of inclined coal seam group.
