航空突变截面环件近净轧制环坯设计方法 被引量:1

Design method on near-net rolling ring blank for aviation stepped-section profile ring

摘要 为了提高航空突变截面环件轧制过程中环件截面轮廓的填充精度,提出了一种基于环件截面形状特征分割的环坯设计方法。通过理论分析给出了轧制环坯设计过程中几何尺寸的计算方法和修正方案。通过ABAQUS有限元模拟软件,分析了突变截面环件的轧制过程,其模拟结果显示,基于环件截面形状特征分割设计的轧制环坯具有很好的填充效果,数值模拟结果还揭示了突变截面环件轧制成形的金属流动规律,阐明了突变截面环件轧制几何尺寸的演变规律。此外,还开展了轧制实验,结果表明:该环坯设计方法可以精确地成形出相应的突变截面环件的截面轮廓,其最大的尺寸相对误差不超过0.72%。 In order to improve the filling accuracy for the sectional profile ring during the rolling process of aviation stepped-section profile ring,a ring blank design method based on the segmentation for the sectional shape features of ring was proposed,and the calculation method and correction scheme of geometric sizes in the design process of rolling ring blank were given by the theoretical analysis.Then,the rolling process of stepped-section profile ring was analyzed by finite element simulation software ABAQUS,and the simulation results shows that the rolling ring blank based on the segmentation design for the sectional shape feature of ring has a good filling effect.Furthermore,the flow law of metal in the of rolling stepped-section profile ring was revealed by numerical simulation results,and the evolution law of the geometric sizes in the of rolling of stepped-section profile ring was clarified.In addition,the rolling experiment was carried out.The results show that the sectional profile of the corresponding stepped-section profile ring can be accurately formed by the ring blank design method,and the maximum size relative error is not more than 0.72%.
