摘要
近年来,我国汽车行业发展速度很快,对汽车的质量要求也越来越高。某公司4GB系列发动机正时紧链器异响问题严重影响客户的使用感受。通过对正时紧链器的异响现象、异响时刻、相关零部件及参数的分析,找到了失效机理,提出了解决方案,并通过大量实例验证,最终全面解决异响问题。
In recent years,China's automobile industry has developed rapidly,and the requirements for the perceived quality of automobiles are becoming higher and higher.However,the abnormal noise of a company's 4G series engine timing tightener seriously affects the customer's use experience.Through the analysis of abnormal sound phenomenon,abnormal sound moment,related parts and parameters of the timing chain tensioner,the failure mechanism is found,the solution is put forward,and the problem of abnormal sound is finally solved through a large number of examples.
