高粱型日粮对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及经济效益的影响 被引量:2

The effect of sorghum based feed on the growth performance,meat quality,and economic benefits of broiler chickens

摘要 文章旨在研究高粱型日粮对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及经济效益的影响。试验将600只22日龄初重相近[(823.47±36.52)g]的白羽肉鸡随机分为4组,对照组根据《产蛋鸡和肉鸡配合饲料GB/T5916-2020》饲喂基础日粮,其余3组分别用33.33%、66.67%、100.00%高粱替代基础日粮中的玉米,每组5个重复,每个重复30只。试验为期21d。结果表明,(1)随着高粱替代水平的提高,肉鸡平均日增重先上升后下降,料重比先下降后上升。其中,33.33%高粱组肉鸡生长性能指标最佳,但与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,100.00%高粱组肉鸡平均日增重显著降低9.31%(P<0.05),料重比显著升高8.79%(P<0.05)。(2)33.33%高粱组肉品质指标与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,66.67%高粱组、100.00%高粱组红度a^(*)、黄度b^(*)显著降低(P<0.05),滴水损失24h、失水率显著升高(P<0.05)。(3)从重复组维度进行计算,与对照组相比,33.33%高粱组毛利润提高了9.61元(P>0.05),66.67%高粱组、100.00%高粱组毛利润分别降低了53.27元(P>0.05)、110.89元(P<0.05)。由此可见,高粱对玉米的低替代水平(33.33%),对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质无负面影响,且提高了经济效益。高粱的中高替代水平(66.67%、100.00%)对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及经济效益均产生了负面影响。因此,肉鸡饲料中高粱对玉米的适宜替代水平为33.33%。 This experiment aims to investigate the effects of sorghum based feed on the growth performance,meat quality,and economic benefits of broiler chickens.60022 day old white feathered broiler chickens with similar initial weight[(823.47±36.52)g]were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups.The control group was fed with basic diet according to the GB/T5916-2020 for laying hens and broilers,while the other 3 groups were replaced with corn in the basic diet with 33.33%,66.67%,and 100.00%sorghum,with 5 replicates in each group and 30 chickens in each replicate.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed that:(1)With the increase of sorghum substitution level,the average daily weight gain of broilers first increased and then decreased,and the feed to weight ratio first decreased and then increased.Among them,the 33.33%sorghum group had the best growth performance indicators for broiler chickens,but there was no significant difference compared to the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of broiler chickens in the 100.00%sorghum group significantly decreased by 9.31%(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio significantly increased by 8.79%(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in meat quality indicators between the 33.33%sorghum group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the redness a^(*)and yellowing b^(*)of the 66.67%sorghum group and the 100.00%sorghum group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the 24-hour drip loss and water loss rate were significantly increased(P<0.05).(3)From the dimension of repeated groups,compared with the control group,the gross profit of the 33.33%sorghum group increased by 9.61 yuan(P>0.05),while the gross profit of the 66.67%sorghum group and the 100.00%sorghum group decreased by 53.27 yuan(P>0.05)and 110.89 yuan(P<0.05),respectively.It can be seen that the low substitution level of sorghum for corn(33.33%)has no negative impact on the growth performance and meat quality of broilers,and improves economic benefits.The medium to high substitution level of sorghum for corn(66.67%,100.00%)has a negative impact on the growth performance,meat quality,and economic benefits of broilers.Therefore,the suitable substitution level of sorghum for corn in broiler feed is 33.33%.
