摘要
目的探究分析孕晚期会阴按摩联合髋关节训练对初产孕妇分娩结局及心理护理的影响。方法将2023.9-2024.3的102例初产孕妇随机分为对照组(常规干预)与观察组(孕晚期会阴按摩联合髋关节训练)。对比两组分娩结局以及心理状态。结果观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论孕晚期会阴按摩联合髋关节训练可显著改善初产孕妇分娩结局以及心理状态,值得推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of perineal massage combined with hip training on birth outcomes and psychological care.Methods 102 pregnant women in 2023.9-2024.3 were randomly divided into control group(routine intervention)and observation group(late pregnancy perineal massage combined with hip training).Delivery outcomes and psychological status were compared between the two groups.Results The observed group was better than the control group with P<0.05.Conclusion Late pregnancy perineal massage combined with hip training can significantly improve the delivery outcome and psychological state of pregnant women,which is worth promotion and application.
