摘要
与经济社会联系最为紧密、与就业民生关系最为直接是职业教育类型定位的重要基础,但当前县域职业教育发展面临人口骤降、普高扩招、就业失衡、产教难融等进退两难的发展焦虑,应以高职高技教育为引领,彰显职业教育适应国家区域平衡发展、服务建设技能型社会、化解县域教育主要矛盾、突破本地产教融合瓶颈的价值,并通过高职高技多维生长、产教科创多元扎根、政教行企共同保障,应对县域职业教育高质量发展需要。
The closest connection with the economy and society,and the most direct relationship with employment and people's livelihood,are the important foundations for the positioning of vocational education types.However,the current development of vocational education in counties is facing the dilemma of population decline,expansion of enrollment in general high schools,employment imbalance,and difficulty in integrating industry and education.Vocational and technical education should be taken as the guide to demonstrate the value of vocational education in adapting to the balanced development of national regions,serving the construction of a skilled society,resolving the main contradictions of county-level education,and breaking through the bottleneck of local industry education integration.Through the multidimensional growth of vocational and technical education,the diversified roots of industry education and science and technology innovation,and the joint guarantee of politics,politics,and enterprises,the high-quality development needs of county-level vocational education should be met.
