稀土合金扩散烧结钕铁硼磁体研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 晶界扩散重稀土技术是制备高性能、低成本烧结钕铁硼永磁材料行之有效的方法,引起业内广泛关注并已实现产业化应用。本文综述了稀土合金扩散烧结钕铁硼磁体研究发展现状,重点阐述了合金扩散源在扩散磁体晶界结构优化及性能提升效果方面的技术优势,指出了磁控溅射技术在扩散磁体后处理加工方面的应用优势,同时对扩散磁体目前存在的主要问题和未来发展趋势进行了总结和展望。 Grain boundary diffusion is an effective method to prepare sintered NdFeB permanent magnetic material with high performance and low cost,which has gained extensive attentions and has achieved industrial application.In this review,the developing status of rare earth alloys diffused sintered NdFeB magnets is reviewed.The technological superiority of structure optimization and performance improvement for alloy diffusion source in the diffused magnet is described.The application advantage of magnetron sputtering on the post-processing of the diffused magnets is introduced.At the same time,the existing problems and prospects of the diffused magnet are also summarized.
