摘要 本文报道1例上颌前牙区不同时期形成的3颗额外牙病例,其中2颗为迟发性额外牙。随访5年,通过及时干预,消除了额外牙对邻近切牙发育及萌出的不利影响。本文探讨了额外牙的病因及上颌前部额外牙的拔除时机,以期为临床提供参考。
