摘要
大数据技术的应用对提升高校教育管理工作质量、预测高校未来发展需求及方向具有重要意义。然而,一些高校教育管理理念滞后、管理机制不健全、大数据利用率不高,这些都给大数据时代下的高校教育管理工作带来了一定阻力。及时转变高校教育管理工作模式,完善高校教育管理的数字化管理体系,提升管理队伍素质,创新高校教育管理理念,加强大数据安全风险防控,是大数据时代下高校教育管理现代化的必然趋势。
The application of big data is of great significance in improving the quality of higher education management and predicting its future development needs and directions.However,some universities suffer from outdated concepts in educational management,inadequate management mechanisms,and low rates of big data utilization,which hinders the management of higher education in the era of big data.Modern higher education management requires the timely transformation of the management mode,improvement of the digital management system,enhancement of the quality of the management team,innovation of higher education management concepts,and strengthening the prevention and control of big data security risks.
