摘要
目的探讨中药水提取物治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效。方法选择2022年1月至2023年9月就诊于赣州市人民医院的真菌性外耳道炎患者90例,分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例,治疗组采用中药水提取物治疗,对照组采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗。所有患者早晚用药1次,持续治疗2周。治疗结两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药水提取物治疗真菌性外耳道炎有一定的治疗效果,可在临床上用于治疗真菌性外耳道炎。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine extract in the treatment of fungal otitis externa.Methods 90 patients with fungal otitis extern treated in Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected,and the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine extract,and the control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream.All patients were treated in the morning and evening for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine extract has a certain therapeutic effect on fungal otitis externa and can be used clinically to treat fungal otitis externa.
